IUI Treatment

Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a fertility treatment designed to enhance the chances of conception for individuals or couples experiencing difficulties in getting pregnant. During IUI, specially prepared and concentrated sperm are directly placed into the uterus through the cervix, timed to coincide with the woman's ovulation cycle.

This procedure aims to optimise the sperm's proximity to the egg, increasing the likelihood of fertilisation. IUI is a less invasive and more cost-effective option compared to some other assisted reproductive technologies.

It is often recommended for cases of unexplained infertility, mild male factor infertility, or when cervical issues are a concern. IUI is a hopeful and accessible method for those seeking assistance in their journey towards building a family.
